The Friends of Rogers Conservation Center in Sherburne will hold their Annual Earth Fest on Sunday May 4th from noon until 4 pm.

Sarah, one of the Friends of Rogers, says the family event is a good way to show children the importance of environmental conservation:

The event is for the whole family and features activities throughout its 600 acre environmental based facility, including the Binghamton Zoo Mobile, children’s activities, live music, an array of vendors and exhibitors, and canoe and kayaks for everyone to try.

Christopher, another of the Friends of Rogers says the Center is open for other activities throughout the year:

The Rogers Center is located just west of Sherburne on State Route 80.
