Chenango County Man Arrested on Endangerment Charges

On May 4th a Town of Plymouth resident has been charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Ethan A. Monroe, 22, was arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred in the Town of Plymouth. Monroe was taken into custody without incident, arraigned in the Town of Plymouth Court, and remanded to the correctional facility in lieu of cash bail.

Monroe is to reappear in the Town of Plymouth Court at a later date. The official charges are: one count of reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
