Chenango United Way 2013 Campaign Update

We were joined in the Big Kat studio Friday morning by Terra Granata, United Way Campaign Co-chair, and she brought us up to date on the campaign so far.  She told us that with 2 weeks remaining, they have raised 402,000 dollars, which is a little under 90% of their goal. That's not bad considering some campaigns in other counties are at barely 50%.

This year,they also had five weekly drawings for gift cards, with all donors entered. Terra announced the winner of the grand prize 500 dollar gift card this morning, and it is April Reese from Norwich Pharmaceuticals.
