City of Norwich Seeks Public Comments on Elevator Project

The City of Norwich expects to apply for funding through the Community Development Block Grant program to assist the Chenango County Historical Museum in installing an elevator.

There is currently no handicapped access to the 2nd floor of the James S. Flanagan Research Center on Rexford Street.

The public is invited to attend a public hearing and comment on the project. The hearing will take place on May 20th at 7 pm at the Norwich City Court facility on Hubbard Avenue. Comments can also be e-mailed to: tdreyer@norwichnewyork.
