Find Out Why You Should Celebrate SCUD Day Today

Today, July 8th is SCUD Day.  I know it sounds like a military weapon but it's not.  SCUD actually stands for Savor the Comic, Unplug the Drama Day.  This observance is aimed at all those who have a drama queen (or king) tendency.  My 13 year old daughter comes to mind but teens are certainly not the only ones who know how to take life too seriously sometimes.  I've witnessed many an adult getting dramatic over little things.

So here's what you can try to do today: knock the drama down a notch or two and relax.  Try to enjoy the funnier side of trying situations today.  Remember, any challenges will pass eventually, so just laugh and enjoy the day.  It will help your mental well being more than you can imagine.
