Governor Cuomo has issued an order for all flags to be flown at half staff Thursday in honor of the victims of last weekend's horrendous limousine crash in Schoharie.  18 passengers in the vehicle, including the driver,  and two pedestrians were killed in the crash.  It is reported that the driver had previously been cited for operating the vehicle without a proper license.

The owner of the limousine company once faced federal charges after obtaining fake documents for a would be taxi driver which led him to become an FBI informant.  His son, Nauman Hussain, has been arrested and faces a charge of criminally negligent homicide.  He was arraigned Wednesday in an Albany area court and released after posting a 150,000 dollar bond.
