The Oneonta celebration of Independence day returns on July 4th with the "Hometown Fourth Festival" in Neahwa Park.  It all begins with a parade down Main Street starting at 12 p.m., then the family fun continues in Neahwa Park from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. with great entertainment, tons of food, bounce houses, face painting, free Oneonta Outlaws baseball and of course fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
