Otsego County Jail Inmates Help Soil & Water District

Deputies from the Otsego County Sheriff’s had an inmate work detail out on Tuesday at the Otsego County Soil and Water Conservation District complex on County Highway 33 in Cooperstown. According to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office, the detail was assisting in sorting and preparation for the district’s annual Tree and Shrub Sale pick-up taking place Friday and Saturday. Orders were placed earlier this year and those who purchased items can get them between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
