Paint the County Purple Hits Chenango County Wednesday

Wednesday is Paint the County Purple Day in Chenango County

The county will be participating in activities designed to get the community excited about the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of Chenango County.

Purple is the color of inspiration, and store fronts, offices, schools, restaurants and parks will decorate in purple to inspire the community to celebrate cancer survivors successes, remember those who have lost the battle with cancer, and to fight back against cancer.

Relay for Life for Chenango County is July 19 at the Chenango County Fairgrounds in Norwich.
