Peter Wlasiuk to Undergo Criminal and Psychological Evaluation

After finding Peter Wlasiuk guilty Tuesday of murdering his wife Patricia, it may be September before his sentencing is scheduled.

The court has ordered a criminal and psychological evaluation before he is sentenced, which could take from 8 to 10 weeks.

It was the third murder trial for Wlasiuk after two prior convictions were thrown out on appeal. Once Wlasiuk is sentenced, the defense will have 30 days to appeal the murder verdict.
