Pumpkin Festival Contest

Morrisville College Norwich Campus students are organizing a scarecrow contest for the Pumpkin Festival in downtown Norwich  October 4th and 5th.  Scarecrows need to be free standing and can be dropped off at West Park Friday the 4th from 5-9PM and Saturday the 5th from 9-noon.  Be sure to include a card with the creator's name, address and phone number.

Judging will take place at noon on Saturday  with prizes for the scariest, funniest, most creative, most colorful and best overall.
