After three days of deliberations in the third murder trial of Peter Wlasiuk, the jury found him guilty, according to a report by the Evening Sun.

The Oxford man was found guilty of the murder of his wife Patricia in 2002.

Yesterday jurors requested the full testimony of Undersheriff James Lloyd who was the detective sergeant during the investigation. Lloyd testified that evidence at the scene did not add up to what Wlasiuk said happened.

Lloyd also said he believes Wlasiuk killed his wife at the couple’s home in Oxford then moved her body to Guilford Lake.
