Three people arrested Monday for shoplifting in Norwich are also facing drug
manufacturing charges. According to New York State Police,  Steven Sapinsky, and Sabrina Gray, both of New Berlin, and James Bailey, of West Edmeston, stole items from a Norwich retailer and were stopped as they were driving into a nearby parking lot. Investigators report that a search of the vehicle found items used to manufacture methamphetamine. Sapinsky, Gray, and Bailey are each being held of $20,000 cash bail or $50,000 property bond.
