What’s Going On At “The Place?”

We were joined in the Big Kat studios Wednesday morning by Rebecca Sands, the recently appointed Executive Director of "The Place" in Norwich.  She filled us in on a number of things they have planned for the holidays and beyond, including a food drive currently being held.  In conjunction with the United Church of Christ, they are collecting non perishable food items for UCC's food baskets that will be given out to families in need on Thanksgiving day. The goal this year is to collect 200 boxes of stuffing in addition to canned corn, peas, gravy and more.
