A Re-Cap of “This Week in Central New York”

This past week's show was very special.  With the retirement of the Catskill Symphony Orchestra's esteemed maestro Charles Schneider, the group has been looking for a new conductor.  It has been our honor on "This Week in Central New York" to present the three finalists for this position to the Oneonta are.

Last week's show consisted of three interviews (done by Big Chuck over a three month period) with these fine musicians:  Silas Huff, Carolyn Watson and Macej Zoltowski.

We hope you found each of them to be brilliant artists who are looking forward to bringing their vitality and enthusiasm to our area's premier concert orchestra.

A final decision will be made in the Spring of 2020.
