Back To School Safety Advice From Norwich City Police

Norwich City Police Chief Joseph Angelino joined us in the Big Kat studios Wednesday morning to give us some tips on making sure area kids are safe as they head back to school. Among the obvious topics was paying attention to stopped school buses.  He was quite clear that if you pass a bus with flashing red lights, the punishment can be severe.
