Upon his release from Wilson Hospital in Johnson City, 22-year-old Bradley Goodrich of Greene faces vehicular homicide charges for allegedly killing his passenger.

23-year-old Brandon Archer died after the vehicle driven by Goodrich hit a utility pole on March 7th in the Town of Greene. Goodrich was said to be intoxicated at the time.

Goodrich was indicted by a Grand Jury March 20th and is expected to be arraigned today in Chenango County Court on felony charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, 2nd degree manslaughter, 2nd degree vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and a misdemeanor count of reckless driving.

If convicted of the aggravated vehicular homicide charge, Goodrich could be sentenced to up to 25 years in state prison.
