Chenango United Way Campaign Update

We were joined in the Big Kat studio Friday morning by Terra Granata, United Way Campaign co-chair, and she brought us all up to date on how the 2013 campaign is progressing. To date, they are at 13% of their 456,000 dollar goal, but many companies have yet to conclude their internal campaigns.

Terra noted that 99% of the funds raised by the Chenango United Way stay in the local community to benefit programs and organizations adressing the issues of income, education and health.
