The Community Foundation for South Central New York has partnered with Horn Research LLC to complete Fostering Leadership in the CFSCNY Region: An Assessment of Opportunities and Challenges. This report is a regional community assessment focused on Economic and Workforce Development, the Leadership Gap, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Community Self-Perception.

In early 2019, the Community Foundation for South Central New York (CFSCNY) contracted with Horn Research to conduct an assessment of the counties in the region they serve, exploring the existence of an impending leadership gap and challenges with diversity, inclusion, and equity in leadership, and the impact those challenges may have on workforce and economic development.

“This report, which addresses the very real concerns related to economic development and workforce in the region, will serve as a guide to our strategic partnerships and grant making for the foreseeable future,” said Diane Brown, Executive Director. The full report is located on their website; www.donorswhocare.org and can be accessed directly at https://bit.ly/2R3phd5 .
