Constitution Pipeline Planners Develop Community Grant Program

The planners of the controversial constitution pipeline have set up a community grant program.

Grants of up to $25,000 will be awarded to projects benefiting the community. The grant winners will be decided by a team of community leaders and company representatives.

The pipeline company is a joint venture of Williams Partners and Cabot Oil and Gas. The company will file its application to construct the pipeline in January.
