After a series of narcotics investigations over the past five months by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, a number of sealed indictment warrants were handed down by recently by a Delaware County Grand Jury.

Eight people were arrested Friday by Delaware County Sheriff's Investigators with the assistance of the Sidney Village Police Department, the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police at Sidney and Stamford.

Miguel Santiago, 23, of Stamford was charged with two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Jerry Johnson, 30, of Walton was charged with three counts of thirs degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Nancy Tomao, 45, of Sidney was charged with fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Jordan King, 20, of Unadilla was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Kim Chlad, 56, of Sherburne was charged with fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Sande Lower, 25, of Oneonta, was charged with fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled Substance.

Mandi Stratton, 24, of Walton was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

Each of the defendants were arraigned before Delaware County Court Judge Carl Becker on Monday and were ordered to be held in the Delaware County Correctional Facility without bail pending future court appearances.

Also Jessica Woodcock, 26, of Walton was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned on Friday and was released pending further court action.
