Delhi Man Arrested on Forgery Charges!

On Tuesday, Sheriff’s Criminal Investigators arrested 22 year old Michael Vogel, of Delhi, on an Arrest Warrant issued by the Town of Delhi Court. Vogel was charged with one count of Forgery in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a class A Misdemeanor and two counts of Petit Larceny, Class A Misdemeanors. Vogel was arraigned in the Town of Delhi Court, and remanded to the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $2500.00 cash bail.
