Yes, the National Weather Service of Binghamton has issued a "Winter Storm Warning" for Chenango and Otsego Counties (at this time). The storm warning runs from 3:00 p.m. this afternoon until 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, bringing with it a range of snowfall from 9 to 12 inches.

Jack Frost has decided to get in on the action, sending us chilly temperatures overnight, only in the mid teens, making your morning snow shoveling, a frigid endeavor.
