He Made How Much?

You can definitely count Robert Downey Jr. as a member of the 1%. His take from the recently released Avengers movie...a cool 50 Million Dollars! After the success of the first Iron Man movie, he made a deal with Marvel for a portion of the revenue anytime he plays the Tony Stark character in a movie.  His co-stars didn't have that deal. They averaged about 2 million each.  "The Avengers" just surpassed the 1 billion dollar mark in global earnings.
