Literacy Volunteers of Chenango County Invite You to “Scrabble For Literacy”

Laurie Jerome, Director of Literacy Volunteers of Chenango County, paid us a visit in the Big Kat studios Tuesday morning to tell everyone about an event coming up Saturday, June 15th.  It's Scrabble For Literacy and is being held on June 15th at SUNY Morrisville's Norwich campus from 1-4:30 PM.

Basically how it works is community members form teams to play Scrabble in order to raise funds and promote literacy awareness.There will be prizes awarded and free refreshments will be served.  For more info or to register, call 334-7114 or go to their website.
