Chenango County Summer Music Kicks Off This Week

With another successful Gus Macker weekend in the books, it's time for the summer concert season to heat up.  The new stage in East Park in Norwich will be getting plenty of use this summer, beginning this Wednesday when the "Music in The Park" series kicks off with the Greg Allan Band, sort of a Garth Brooks tribute band, I guess.

On Thursday, The Chenango County Bluesfest free Summer Concert series begins with a great show featuring the Royal Southern Brotherhood. This band features Cyril Neville of the Neville Brothers Band, and Devon Allman, son of Greg Allman.  How's that for rock and roll bloodlines.
