Norwich City Officials hear from Oneonta Mayor

The Chenango County Forum held an informal discussion at Guernsey Library in Norwich last night to consolidation issues.  Norwich and Chenango County leaders heard Oneonta Mayor Dick Miller explain some of the pros and cons of consolidation of services and Governments. He said there are pros and cons to consolidation, and much discussion needs to be held to change the present system.
