Norwich Lighted Ribbon to Honor County COVID Victims

Chenango County Director of Public Services Julie Gates announced there will be a lighted Ribbon placed on the County Office Building in Norwich throughout the month of February to commemorate those residents lost to the coronavirus over the past year. Gates says the hope is that the ribbon will serve as a moving visual symbol of loved ones lost. She added that residents need to continue to stay vigilant even though everyone is past the point of fatigue.
