As New York State lawmakers head back to Albany for their 2020 session, the two representing Otsego County say they will not vote to legalize marijuana. State Senator James Seward and Assemblyman John Salka told AllOTSEGO they are opposed to it because of unintended consequences and even though revenues would increase their revenues, there would be other costs making it not worth it.

Seward plans to be in his Albany office today and comments that he is responding well to his cancer treatments.
