Huntington Memorial Library in Oneonta has reopened following a $200,000 renovation project that officials say took longer than originally anticipated. The work included asbestos abatement, insulation upgrades and new furniture. Upgrades were made to the the community room and the first floor computer room. Some construction work will continue during the re-opening. Officials say overdue fees will not be assessed for the time the library was closed.
