Randy Rogers Band and Josh Ward Headline The Rodeo This Weekend

This weekend is the 87th Annual Big Spring Reunion and Rodeo in Big Spring. What comes with every good rodeo, an after party and dance. Josh Ward is head lining tonight's concert and the Randy Rogers Band will be playing tomorrow night.

The concerts will be held a the fairgrounds pavilion. Tickets for the rodeo and tickets for the concert are sold separately. However, you can purchase a two day concert admission ticket, single day tickets are also available. Get your tickets HERE! 

Not much needs to be said about the Randy Rogers Band, they have been a staple in  Texas Country music for a very long time now. I don't think there is a Randy Rogers Band song that when you hear it you don't know exactly what it is.

Some of you may not be as familiar with Josh Ward as you are with the Randy Rogers Band but that's ok. Not that Randy Rogers Band is not a good fit for the rodeo but Josh Ward is a perfect fit for a rodeo dance. Josh Ward is an artist that is pure country, with a great country voice. His voice reminds me of Keith Whitely. In fact he has a song called "Whiskey and Whitley."

Either one of these shows are a show you could take the entire family out to.  One thing that is so important to do, is support community events. Cities try so hard to put great events but if you don't go out and support them, then cities won't continue to do them.
