Six-Month Investigation Results In Five Arrests

Sidney Police say the result of a six-month investigation resulted in five people being sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail pending further court action.

Police say Jason Nering, 20, of Cooperstown, Ryder Terpak, 25, of Unadilla and a 19 year old Sidney man were all charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

George Morales, 21, of Sidney was arrested on two counts of fifth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Joshua Jenson, 27, of Afton was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

They were all arraigned Tuesday in Delaware County Court on sealed indictments.
