Paramount is copying, well, themselves by offering up an 'Anchorman 2' superticket, which will allow its purchasers to see the kind-of-a-big-deal sequel two days before it hits theaters wide on December 20. But it'll cost yah.

Since normal people tend to work quotes from 'Anchorman' into our everyday lives and attempt Ron Burgundy impressions on a daily basis, it shouldn't come as a surprise that a local news anchor would be well versed in the dialogue and mannerisms of Will Ferrell's iconic character. As 'Anchorman 2' has begun shooting, casting is now filling in quite nicely, and on top of the core five of Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, David Koechner, and Christina Applegate, and new additions Kristen Wiig and James Marsden, now Meagan Good and Dylan Baker have officially joined the cast.

Though they're still working on script, and should start filming shortly  - even after releasing a teaser this summer - we only have a small inkling of what's in store for us when 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues' hits theaters next year. But now the picture has a release date, and it means only one thing: Will Ferrell is gunning for an Oscar.
