Council of the Arts

The Chenango County Council of the Arts is set for its 12th annual 5k Allegro Run/Walk for the Arts this Saturday in downtown Norwich. Victoria Kapel, executive director of the Arts Council, explains how the Allegro run was started.

We were visited in studio this morning by Rich Heim, President of the Norwich Theater Co. and Mark Sands, director of their upcoming production of  "Godspell."  The performance will be at the Council of the Arts Theater September 7,8 and 9.
