Vestal Man Says He Saw UFO, Did You?

Have you ever seen a U.F.O. or something you thought might be something from a"galaxy far far away?"  A guy in the Southern Tier said he did recently and he even snapped a picture. He said it flew away quickly,  but conveniently came back and he got the picture.

Kind of looks like a frisbee to me, but, hey, who knows, right?
