Three Oneonta Men Arrested in Heroin Bust at Local Motel
The Oneonta Police Department have arrested three Oneonta men on heroin charges.
Officials report confiscating 146 bags of heroin with a street value of about $3600, prescription medications that did not belong to the suspects, and $700 in cash.
At about 6:00 pm Thursday Police, following an investigation and after a warranted search, arrested the following persons at Motel 88 on Chestnut Street:
Adam Scully, 24, has been charged with 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and 4th degree conspiracy. Both are felonies.
Robert Gaudino, 24, has been charged with 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 4th degree conspiracy. One misdemeanor; one felony. Relating to a separate incident, he was also charged with 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.
Dylan Gaudino, 19, faces a 4th degree conspiracy charge, a felony.
All three suspects were remanded to the Otsego County Correctional Facility to appear at a later date.
