Tree Planted in Honor of Late Norwich Parks Commission Member

With help from the City of Norwich Parks Commission and the Norwich Tree Commission, a newly planted tree in West Park was recently dedicated to the honor of the late Stew Chase and a proclamation issued on behalf of the city.

Chase was an active member of the Parks commission and several others, putting in countless volunteer hours to brighten up the City of Norwich. An honor well deserved.
