Former Police Officer Finds New Career at SUNY Morrisville

We were joined in the Big Kat studios Tuesday morning by Steve Armstrong, a 20 plus year veteran of the City of Rome Police Department who is now passing his knowledge and experience on to future law enforcement personnel at the Norwich and main campus of Morrisville State College.  Among the courses he teaches are Policing and Introduction to Criminal Justice Systems.  He said that many of these courses aren't just for criminal justice majors and urged potential students to check out some of the courses and descriptions.

Speaking first hand here, I have been taking courses at the Norwich campus for the last two years and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, whether it's Sociology, Criminal Justice, History (thanks Mr. Sherry)  and more. The enrollment process is pretty easy, and someone will help you through the whole process, including applying for financial aid.
