Several activities are planned for Oxford on this Memorial Day, May 25th beginning with a wreath laying ceremony at 8 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery on West State Street.

Following that at 9 AM, the parade will line up at the Oxford American Legion Post #376 with step off scheduled for 9:30, led by Post #376 Color Guard and Rifle Squad.  As always, the parade will feature the Village of Oxford fire Department and the Fire Department Explorers. The parade will also feature the Oxford Academy Marching Band, Girl Scouts, the Daisy Troop and the Youth Center.

Plan your post parade lunch with some barbecue chicken. The chicken will be ready starting at 9 AM at the Post #376 Legion on the Route 12 side.
