Yup, kids can fly for free at Chenango County Airport day this Saturday, June 9th at the Lt. Warren E. Eaton Airport on route 12 in Norwich.

The Otschodela Council of Boy Scouts of America is gearing up for Cub Scout season and if you have a son in first through 5th grade, look for information coming home from school about joining Cub Scouts.

My friend Katha from the Chenango County WIC office asked if I could pass on a few words about the program, and as she did wayyyy more work on our group project for our Advertising class than I did, I thought it would only be fair if I did pass on a couple of notes...

The Norwich Elks Lodge will continue their great tradition of community involvement this Saturday, June 14th.  They will hold their annual Flag Day ceremony in East Park, beginning at noon. The event is open to the public and the Elks will get assistance from local Boy Scouts as well as Patriot Guard Riders...
