The Chenango County Department of Public Health will hold more rabies clinics in April for dogs, cats and domesticated ferrets. NY State law requires these pets to receive immunization against rabies no later than 4 months of age, and NY State Ag and Markets requires dogs to be licensed at 4 months also.

These rabies clinics are free and donations will be gratefully accepted. Clinics to be held in April include

April 17th at the Guilford Town Barn from 5:30-6:30

April 27th at the So. Otselic Fire Station from 9:30-11:30

April 30th at the Smyrna Fire Station from 5:30-6:30
