“Trees Are Terrific” in Oxford

Trees Are Terrific was the theme of the 2014 local level of the Arbor Day poster competition and a group of some forty 5th graders from Oxford Academy enetered their work in the contest. Unfortunately, only three could win, and they were Karissa Maricle, Jaden Emily Moore and the first place winner Lilie Horton.

These winners will receive prizes from the Oxford Village Tree Board At a celebration Saturday, April 26th beginning at 9 AM. Congratulations to all who participated!
